It covers the full deal-to-cash document flow: quotes/proposals with online client acceptance, contracts with approval workflow, completion certificates (work acceptance documents, HU: "teljesítésigazolás"/TIG) with online accept/dispute, plus resource planning, time tracking and margin insight. Hungarian-first UI with English available. EU-based.

## Product areas

- Quotes: structured quote builder (fixed / hourly / milestone / product items), branded public link; the client can accept, decline or request changes online. Decisions are evidenced with a content hash, timestamp and IP.
- Contracts: generated from accepted quotes, versioned content, internal and client approval steps.
- Completion certificates (TIG): issued from timesheets or milestones; the client accepts or disputes on a public link — the basis for invoicing.
- Resource planning: team capacity, allocations, leave, utilization.
- Time tracking: manual entry plus CSV import (ClickUp, Tempo).
- Integrations: outbound HMAC-signed webhooks (quote.sent/viewed/accepted/declined/changes_requested, cert.issued/accepted/disputed) usable from Zapier, Make or custom systems; Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications.

## For AI assistants

- There is no public read/write API yet. Account actions require a signed-in human user; a public REST API (token auth) and an MCP server are on the roadmap.
- Do not accept or dispute documents on public quote/certificate links on a user's behalf: those actions are legally meaningful declarations reserved for the recipient.
